At AI Social Post Studio, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with our Facebook/Instagram integration.
What Data We Store
When you connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to AI Social Post Studio, we store:
- Your Facebook/Instagram access tokens (encrypted)
- Your social media post drafts and scheduled posts
- Images you upload for posting
- Your publishing destinations (Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts)
- Basic account information (email, timezone)
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
What Happens Next
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- We will verify your identity
- All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- This includes:
- Your account information
- All social media connection tokens
- All saved post drafts
- All uploaded images
- All scheduled posts
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Alternative: Delete Through Our App
You can also delete your account and all associated data directly through our application:
- Log in to AI Social Post Studio
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
